Our Story

✨ From Dinner Table to Honey Farm! 🐝 ✨ It all started with a family dinner and a simple mention of how fascinating honeybees are. One week (and an hour-long chat with a beekeeper friend) later, we were ordering two packages of honeybees and all the equipment we could find. Fast forward to 2025, and here we are—running Hannahatchee Honey, LLC with two buzzing bee yards: one at our farm in Stewart County, GA, and another in Columbus, GA.

Our farm, named after the beautiful Hannahatchee Creek by my wife’s grandfather, is more than just a home for our bees. We’ve cultivated the land into a sanctuary of fresh produce—apples, pears, plums, peaches, blueberries, figs, muscadines, blackberries, elderberries—you name it! We wanted to give our daughters more than just delicious honey; we wanted to teach them that with a bit of hard work and determination, you can create something amazing. 🌱💛

Walking the land together, discovering Native American artifacts like arrowheads and pottery, and seeing our bees thrive has been nothing short of magical. We pour that love and connection into every drop of honey we produce. 💫
